Most enquiries begin on WhatsApp. Yolandie gathers your date, venue and priorities, then checks the team’s availability.
A simple online booking
If the date is available, you receive a private Photavio link. Booking and the important paperwork happen online - no printing, scanning or chasing forms.
A group built around your wedding
Once booked, we create a WhatsApp group with everyone involved. It becomes the easy place for questions, planning and updates.
Your engagement session
Every couple receives a complimentary engagement shoot. It gives us time together before the wedding and removes the fear of being photographed.
Planning with 1,000 weddings behind you
We help shape the photography timeline around light, travel and the way the day needs to flow. You keep the celebration; we solve the photography.
The wedding day
The photography team arrives prepared. Jamie works with an assistant, and the team adapts quickly when weather, timing or people change the plan.
Visible progress
After the wedding, your Photavio progress tracker shows where the editing sits. The normal editing period is approximately six to eight weeks.
Your photographs, delivered beautifully
Your finished online gallery is shared in your WhatsApp group. It is easy to view, share and return to.

A fifty-page, leather-bound album.
